Ransomware attacks continue to claim victims around the world. This week it was the turn of Toshiba Tech Group, which reported the incident via a statement published on the organization’s website last Friday. According to investigations, the DarkSide ransomware gang is suspected to be involved, as the malware signatures in this attack are similar to those used in the attack that affected the Colonial Pipeline, one of the largest pipeline networks in the United States.
