Wyatt Travnichek knowingly accessed the Ellsworth County Rural Water District’s protected computer system without authorization. During this unauthorized access, it is alleged that Mr. Travnichek carried out activities that terminated processes at the facility that affect facility cleaning and disinfection procedures with the intent to harm the Ellsworth Rural Water District.
